1. Service Description

Lever Labs Ventures (SSM: NS0308320-H) provides professional matchmaking services connecting women seeking marriage with pre-vetted, commitment-ready men. Our service includes a compatibility assessment, personalized matching, and introduction facilitation.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally single (unmarried, divorced, or widowed)
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Be genuinely seeking a committed relationship

3. Account and Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

Our service fee is $999 for 20 curated matches. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you complete all 20 matches without finding a connection, we offer additional matches at no extra cost.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
• Share confidential information about matches without consent
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for successful matches and maintain high success rates, we do not guarantee that you will find a partner. Matchmaking involves human compatibility, which cannot be guaranteed. Our success rate statistics reflect historical outcomes and individual results may vary.

7. Verification Process

All candidates in our network undergo a verification process including background checks and interviews. However, no verification process is infallible. We encourage due diligence when meeting any new person. We are not responsible for the actions or representations of any user.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your profile information is only shared with potential matches you approve.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our website are the property of Lever Labs Ventures (SSM: NS0308320-H). You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lever Labs Ventures (SSM: NS0308320-H) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our community or business.
